Shipping & Delivery

We ship purchases via UPS. Please allow 6 - 8 business days from the date of confirmation of receipt of your order for delivery of in-stock items. In case the item is out of stock or if there is any other cause of delay we will notify you by e-mail, providing you with an estimated delivery time.

In order to avoid confusion, please note the following:

• We DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday will not be processed and shipped until the following Tuesday.
• Hawaii, Alaska & International Shipments: We are pleased to ship internationally and the shipping charges are determined on an individual basis. Since shipping costs vary based on location, we request that before placing the order, call 1-940-766-6367 to receive an estimate shipping cost to confirm you do indeed want to proceed with the order. Once the item has been packaged and shipped, another transaction will be placed on your credit card with the exact amount of the shipping and an e-mail will be sent informing you this along with the actual cost of shipping.
